The Work
There's a time when exploration meets diminishing returns, and now you have a bunch of options but no way to voice them or air them out. The signal is in there somewhere, buried under the noise of a distraction-driven world.
This is where we start.
Imagine an arm around your shoulder as the two of you saunter through an open field, bouncing ideas back and forth, building something worth building. Two people with a slight experiential overlap, moving together toward something clearer than where you started.
First, I need to know who you are before I can tell you anything useful about what you're building. Your background, what drives you past the money, what you're willing to bring to your customer, what you'd build even if nobody was watching. The business reflects the person. So we start with the person.
From there we build the scaffolding. The workflows, the customer persona, the vision statement, the basic infrastructure of a business that knows what it is. We build it together and audit it together.
The business needs a foundation, but so do you. Learning to hold contradictory ideas without collapsing them, to sit with uncertainty, to find comfort in the struggle, that is the crux of innovation. The core of you must grow.
Underneath it all, something more important than any deliverable: the clarity that what you were chasing at 3am was worth chasing.
Ask your first question.
Tell me what you're building, where you're stuck, and what you've already tried. That's enough to start.
